CENTRAL PARK DENVER CELEBRATES ITS 12 AND FINAL NEIGHBORHOOD-THE NORTH END WITH A PICNIC ON THE WILD SIDE

After 20 successful years, Central Park Denver has nearly completed its transformation from airport to neighborhood and the opportunity to buy a new home in Denver’s most successful master planned community is drawing to a close– with the final phase of Central Park’s 12th and final neighborhood– North End releasing its final lots.  Like any good ending, this one comes with a few surprising twists, because the community has not simply been growing, it has been evolving. North End will stand as a fitting tribute to some of Central Park’s most exciting ideas and what better way to celebrate the last two decades than one final spectacular event!

On Saturday, June 26th, the North End will be the site of the biggest party of the summer with a Picnic on the Wild side. The Central Park community along with home seekers are invited to enjoy a picnic like no other, complete with games, food trucks, music, model home tours from nine great builders and some fun “wild” surprises.

The North End is surrounded by open space, with access to spectacular front range views, the community’s newest parks and pool, and schools that rank among the state’s best schools.

  • WHAT: PICNIC PARTY & MODEL HOME TOURS
  • WHEN: SATURDAY, JUNE 26 | 10AM – 3PM
  • WHERE: CENTRAL PARK’S NORTH END: DALLAS ST AND E. 61ST AVE

The final phase will consist of 670 homes from nine unique builders– introducing Brookfield Residential which will bring four new portfolios to the community. Staying true to Central Park’s DNA, the final neighborhood offers a variety of market rate home types at a wide variety of price points from the $400s to over $1M. The diversity of choice – in shape, size, character and price – is an opportunity for anyone looking for a home to find one. The builders have taken their cues from the best of mid- century modern, craftsman, and “modern farmhouse” movement unto itself, inspired directly by Colorado’s high plains, designed intentionally to take advantage of the rolling landscape and sweeping views.

Central Park residents are 15 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from DIA and easy access to the Colorado A Line’s Central Park Station. Builders began to receive their first lots in mid-November and construction may begin as soon as late December 2020.
