Central Parkresident Neal Zelarney is a third-year college student at Quest University in Squamish, British Columbia. Quest University allows its students to create their own major, and because Neal has decided to study food, part of his major is to figure out “What is the perfect dish?”

This question inspired Neal to create his own business this summer called Zelarney Pies. Since opening six weeks ago, he has featured a different pie flavor every week, including blueberry-plum, peach, and his personal favorite, apricot.

Zelanery Pies are baked in a commercial kitchen once a week and delivered by bike with the help of friends and family every Friday. They’re all $15.
