Award Winning Architect Behind Infinity Homes Collection Talks about 15 Years Designing in Central Park and the Latest Home Collections…

True to its vision of creating a diverse community with a lively mix of residents,  Central Park  boasts some of Colorado’s most impressive luxury homes. One of the community’s most recognized builders,  Infinity Home Collection has become synonymous with impeccable architecture and modern design, winning countless awards and continuing to be a hallmark of the Central Park streetscape for 15 years. Michael Woodley, architect and founder for Woodley Architectural Group is the man behind the mission — designing homes for Infinity just as Central Park began its transformation from a former airport. He gained further acclaim in 2011, when the LIME Floor plan was selected as the HGTV Green Home. Each of the numerous collections he has developed from the VUE to LIME and their latest ALTO, LUXE and VIVE series is uniquely different, but offer consistently  clean and contemporary designs that surprise and delight the most discerning buyer. His inspiration comes from a modernist perspective, which continually evolves as he travels the world and explores other residential  markets including Seattle, Orange County and San Francisco where pushing the design envelope is standard practice.

“I have been lucky enough to travel all over the world and explore how people live and what makes for the most rewarding existence, “ commented Woodley. “I am inspired by modernism, which doesn’t hinge on following the rules but instead relies on the power of invention. Our designs aim to reach into the future and speak to the way people actually  live.”

This inventive approach has helped Infinity transcend the ordinary with awe-inspiring homes that incorporate thoughtful and expansive living spaces and enriching home features– earning Woodley Architectural Group countless accolades including Gold Nugget Awards, NAHB Nationals (including Best Home in the Nation), and Best in American Living Awards, among others. In fact, every single one of Infinity Homes Collections has won a design award.

“Designing homes in Central Park is uniquely rewarding,” said Woodley. “The truth is it doesn’t matter what designs we come up with unless we have a great place to put them, and Central Park provides an unparalleled canvas for innovation. There is nowhere quite like it.“

Continuing this effort, Infinity just  launched three new collections of urban style homes that are an evolution of earlier designs including Alto, Vive and Luxe with  model homes recently opening  in the Beeler Park neighborhood. These home designs incorporate everything great about living in Central Park including access to hundreds of acres of parks, award winning schools and incomparable lifestyle amenities. In addition, each of these homes incorporates a variety of finishes never before used by Infinity, such as elevated roofs, glass walls, exterior stucco and color blocking to help create interest and curb appeal. They also listened to their buyers and evolved the designs based on feedback they have received over the years– including dog runs and large pantries complete with natural light. These combined with the finishes that have kept Infinity buyers coming back time and again– including oversized mudrooms, master bathrooms and breathtaking kitchens- further elevate the new collection.

“We have more repeat buyers than almost any other builder and the reason they keep coming back is because our homes keep getting better — thanks in large part to Mike Woodley,” said David Steinke, Co-owner and General Manager of Infinity Home Collection. “We are so fortunate to be able to build these homes in Central Park —a place that attracts people that are looking for something exciting and different. Our homes deliver the perfect combination of impressive architecture with an acute sense of place.”

Despite varying in size and price, each design shares a common thread…ample outdoor living space that brings the outdoors in from rooftop decks, to large terraces to outdoor living rooms and porches that are accessible from several rooms in the house.

“One universal truth I have discovered is that creating seamless access to the outdoors regardless of lot size is critical, so this time around we are creating more than just a porch to get people outside, said Woodley.  “These homes live open to the street and the outdoor rooms are a true extension of the interior space including their finishes.”
