Starting with the swimming pools. Yes, multiple pools. There’s a leisure pool with a “lazy river” and a zero-entry (meaning a gradual slope instead of stairs or a ladder). There is also a lap pool, featuring a water slide. And huge windows bring Rocky Mountain views into the pool area.
For the fitness fanatic, Central Park Rec Center also provides a state-of-the-art gym with weights and cardio equipment, a full-sized basketball court/volleyball court, a hardwood aerobics room with a wall of mirrors, spinning room and lots of space for stretching.
There’s a flexible multi-purpose room, which can be rented for private events large and small thanks to movable partitions and an adjoining kitchen.
The childcare room opens to a fenced outside play area. A vending area with seating opens to a patio on the west side of the building. There’s also a family lounge overlooking the gym, pools and fitness areas.
Men’s and women’s locker rooms and a family changing room are located near an information desk where you can learn even more about these incredible facilities.
