Leland Ferguson is a Vice President of Development” for Brookfield Properties, with specific responsibilities for multi-family and town center activities within the former Stapleton International Airport. During his time at Brookfield Properties (formerly Forest City), Mr. Ferguson has been responsible for the design and development of over 1,700 units across eight communities within Central Park. In addition, Mr. Ferguson is responsible for dispositions of pad sales within Central Park, and coordination with the affordable housing partners.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties, Mr. Ferguson worked within the multifamily sector with both local and national multifamily developers including JPI and Legacy Partners. He has developed a wide variety of product types throughout the western United States, including high density communities in Denver, Kansas City, Mo., Riverside, Calif., and Seattle, Wash.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from The American University and a Master of Arts in economics from the University of Colorado, Denver.
