JAMES D. CHRISMAN
Jim Chrisman is the Senior Vice President of Development at Brookfield Properties. He is responsible for office, retail, industrial and multi-family development within Central Park (formerly Stapleton) Denver. Additionally, Mr. Chrisman oversees master planning of the site.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties (formerly Forest City), Mr. Chrisman worked as a Vice President for the SDC, where he managed the conveyance of property from the City and County of Denver to the private sector, and the Foundation, where he managed preparation of the award winning Stapleton (now Central Park) Development Plan.
Mr. Chrisman has also worked for Disney Development Company, Watt Industries, and Cadillac Fairview Corporation in southern California.
Mr. Chrisman is a prior Board Member of NAIOP and the Colorado District Council of the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Administration and Management Science from Carnegie-Mellon University and a M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
