Forrest Hancock

Forrest Hancock is the Director of Development at Brookfield Properties.

Forrest Hancock joined Brookfield Properties in 2007.

He is responsible for leading entitlement, rezoning and neighborhood designs for the mixed-use redevelopment of the former 4,700-acre Stapleton International Airport. As the Manager of the Metropolitan District at Central Park, Forrest is also responsible for the installation of all public infrastructure within Central Park.

Prior to working on the Central Park redevelopment, Forrest served as project manager developing communities and finished lots for Brookfield’s master-planned communities in Tucson, AZ.  He was also responsible for developing 2,000 lots in San Antonio, TX.

Before joining Brookfield Properties, Forrest launched his land development career with Lennar Communities as a Land Superintendent responsible for developing finished lots for the Lennar Building division. During his time with Lennar he developed over 1,500 home sites in and around Tucson.

Forrest holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona. He formerly served on the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver’s Board of Directors and is a member of the Adams County Board of Adjustment.
